The seller showed the purses on camera and pointed out any visible flaws. What wasn't pointed out was the extremely potent cigarette smell. The shipping box itself had a very distinct smokey smell and the purses inside were so potent that they are unusable. I don't feel comfortable even donating them because of the smell so they went directly into the trash unfortunately. I reached out to the seller before writing the review so he had the opportunity to decide how to remedy the situation and he stated he would "do better mentioning if things have a smell in the future." Nothing was offered to discount or refund my sale. I didnt leave this review to be negative. I left it as an honest account of my experience which is what this platform requires. Great seller!
