You purchased 6 items, and the show you purchased in was set to bundle 5–6 items per shipment. It was also in my show notes. If Whatnot started a new shipment, that is an automatic system decision that I cannot change or override. Support reviewed your case and denied the shipping refund because the charges were correct.
