Reviews (340)Sold me a counterfeit silver bar. Cost me an extra $13 at the Post Office on top of the shipping I had already paid for by not shipping properly. Items were carelessly tossed in a priority bubble mailer, allowing them to jingle all the way through transit screaming “SILVER - STEAL ME” and finally poor customer service- had a lack of accountability on the fake silver they sold, pretended to care and have a resolution ready only to have to get this resolved with Whatnot Support a MONTH later. I appreciate the givvy for sure! However USPS ground shipping was chosen by AC and shipped in a priority mail bag, which caused me to have to spend $5 to receive the package. Again, I’m very appreciative of the givvy, but this is something you might consider before shipping next time.
