The crystals is a bat that I feel has a druzy belly and that you feel is chipped. I do not understand why your pointing out you had to return the item to get a refund. Thats how refunds work. Also returning the item you feel is broken shouldn't be an issue for you. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations and hope you are able to find the perfect crystal that does. Fast delivery.
