Was promised if I came back to show shovels include something special. After cancellation of my order for not responding in two seconds. She would not send the items I won even though I offered to pay for the items. She made it seem like I would be getting the items I won first. Nope 2 cheap dollar store items. I would not shop here. There is zero shop etiquette. No one cancels orders like this without trying to contact you. I cld have easily still got my items they were in the next live. Hello Bugabooallthings, Just to clarify, myself and my MODs reached out and tagged you multiple times regarding your claims. It was over 24 hours without communication—not “2 seconds.” I was not comfortable assuming your claim, so I canceled it and took the loss.
The gifts I sent were also not “Dollar Store” items. They were items I purchased and/or handmade myself as a good-faith gesture, even after you were fully refunded.
