Reviews (53)great packing plants are amazing. usps sent my package on vacation for a couple extra days and they survived. so 10/10 would buy your plants again I got my pretty tiny dancers and they did so well in travel but u packaged her so so well thank u she is planted a I’ll keep u updated on them and I’ll send u a pic again thank u soooo much

While this box came wrapped exceptionally better than the first two, and it was even in a real box. The Sarawak was again a parasitica back margin. It’s obvious this seller doesn’t care about what’s she’s selling. She’s just selling. Not my kinda plant people. After attempts to deal with this rude vendor ont he first two orders, I just escalated it to whatnot. Luckily they saw the conversations and issues were finally resolved. Highly suggest saving your money and purchasing from someone who cares about what they’re selling and has some aspect of a customer service mentality. I tried to be kind and order from a new seller as I always do. This has by far been my worst experience on whatnot. This roller coaster has taken me all over the place, from the complete lack of competence to knowing what she is selling to the horrific shipping that comes with delayed orders. My first order received had plants sold as sarawaks, but were parasitica black margins. I was told I’d get a label to send them back. Not a word on the actual items I was sold, she either didn’t know her product or didn’t care. I chalked it up and said forget it, I’ll take the loss. Then today’s order was received…. The box is mangled, it’s 2 small boxes taped together and busting down the seam. Dirt everywhere, plants missing half of its leaves and half alive due to uprooting and the ordering being placed on 5/3 and the seller delaying her shipping. I would highly highly highly recommend not purchasing from this seller until she figures out her systems. I know I will not make another purchase all.plants came in perfect conditions . very cute and friendly seller. would love to buy more from Addi.. she did great job in packing 😍 Happy with my purchase, arrived healthy & Packaged very well!
