Tysm the items are beautiful I purchased two of the same item. They were ran back to back and I won them both. I did not receive them both and when I messaged seller she pretended like she didn’t do it on purpose and later told me she took it home but offered for me to pick something out in one of her upcoming shows… not a good first impression and kind of unprofessional if you ask me. If someone buys something, you need to send it, even if it sold for cheap. That’s a guaranteed way to lose a customer. I want what I ordered, not what you think I should get. Ma'am, English isn't my first language, so maybe you didn't understand me. Since it was the same product, I thought I'd already done it for you. I don't plan on keeping the product, and I gave you the option of waiting for the same one that was arriving this week, or if you wanted a credit. I didn't intend to keep anything. I don't think it's fair that you wrote this in my reviews when I'd already told you I would resolve it. Love this sweet lady and all the beautiful jewelry she brings to her shows! I loved every item I received and everything was very well packaged!
