Reviews (65)Seller deceives by showing all these products on screen and saying buyer’s choice and then once you win telling you you have to select from the items in the picture which doesn’t have many of the items on screen in it. No other seller does this. Not to mention her negative attitude on screen. I will be blocking this seller and not purchasing from her anymore.We apologize on our behalf of the “ negative behavior” it was repeated multiple times to read description and everyone else who bought understood I didn’t receive my item
Yes you did, your order was completed please don’t try to get more when you already got what your order delivered Seller is beyond rude, immature, and it was a terrible experience start to finish. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere. There are far nicer and more deserving sellers on the app that follow terms of service. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I apologize that risk unfortunately happened to you, but you did start it in the live yes, we should stay more professional but it was a child you were arguing with. I had a terrible experience with this seller. I purchased a Snowball Needoh during a live sale, but during the event, someone in the background explicitly said they wanted to keep my purchase and then I heard the seller say they would cancel my order and give it to them… & then they did in fact cancel my order after the live ended. When I contacted the seller about the issue they claimed they cancelled it for a different reason but I literally have video receipt evidence of the live & what was said in the background. I would strongly caution against buying from them!!!! Delivered fast, quality is great. Thank you so much! Fast shipping!!! Amazing customer service!!! Authentic Needoh as described. Packaging too small for item, box was damaged during shipping. Item was not as described. Took forever to arrive. Major disappointment! Dm me and tell me what was wrong with it specifically? Very good I like it and it’s squishy Had a hole in it upon delivery and was not what I got
Hey dm me and we can’t talk about refunds but hard to believe cause packaging is very safe LOVEEEEEE MY NEEDOH!!! Packaging was great and came super fast! Ordered 2 items & didn’t notice till the next day one of my items was canceled due to over selling items. My sticky note fell off and I guess my item got rerun and put back into the showing. It’s okay it happens just was a surprise to me never has happened to me before on here. Was offered to purchase a similar item on a different showing.
