It was very fast shipping and everything was packaged very well and nice and neat. I am unfortunately really sensitive to cigarette smoke and the clothing unfortunately did smell that way. but like with everything I will wash and treat it and hope it comes out. I wish whatnot would have a warning if a home is smoke free but its the risk you take. Also, I paid $3 for each item so its not that big of a deal. ive seen the comments of talking to you first before leaving a "bad" review but isnt that a reason for a review? if its handled "discreetly" no one else may see that these clothes may have a chance of smelling like smoke. You also say that these clothes are bought from other sellers too but one of the worse ones was the jeans you said you personally owned. This isnt a "bad" review just my personal experience with purchasing with you. Charms are SUPER CUTE and in amazing shape. Love them. I laughed at the big box they came in, but I understand why though. I appreciate you putting it in a noticeable box for such small items, making sure they don’t go missing in the mail. I had an instant reaction to it. Had to throw it away. I feel like any seller(s) should not have their products near anywhere they smoke. Due to causing medical issues in a customer. I understand that we take a chance as a buyer. But even then I would expect to change my environment to ensure my customers get a quality product. Especially when you look at past reviews that reflect the same issues multiple times. This doesn’t make the seller a bad person. They were lovely. I would be happy to make this right but u gave me a bad review and threw away before I could even help or request the items back, just to be clear … I do not smoke ..I buy my items from other sellers just like u Great bag and wallet. Quick delivery Order was lost in transit. Seller was immediately responsive and reached out to customer service to initiate a refund. I’m sad about the lost shipment, but the seller worked with me to find replacement solutions.
