There is no return policy. Two items totaling over $20 was missing from my box and when I contacted them upon receiving the package yet,they are refusing to send it because I didn’t save the packing box and locate a initial on the bottom of the box which is insane. I tried everything before giving this bad review. I can’t believe they operate this way. So happy with my new air plant babies! Great packaging! 😍🪴 some of the plants were dried out. they were wrapped in brown paper. they were not as healthy as they looked in the camera. small plants were cuttings and didn't even have a root in them so they're going to die anyway. /users%2F26418979%2Fstore%2F5bf15506-4387-4f22-86fe-26fae77fae03.jpeg)
