I purchased a substantial amount of makeup from this seller and have serious concerns that the products I received are counterfeit. When I raised the authenticity issue, rather than addressing my concerns, the seller called me a “troll” and a “liar” and blocked me.
I paid a significant amount of money for products represented as authentic. I am documenting the products, packaging, transactions and communications and reporting this through the appropriate platform, brand and consumer-protection channels.
I am sharing my experience because this seller continues offering luxury cosmetics and other buyers deserve to be aware. Counterfeit makeup is particularly concerning because these products are used on the skin, lips and around the eyes. My purpose is not retaliation-it is to protect consumers and ensure these authenticity concerns are properly investigated.

I have several pictures of it side by side with an original from Nordstrom, freshly delivered yesterday. Even the weight is off by nearly an ounce. The brush is frayed, color is off, imprint is faint, compact is cheap.
I approached the seller and our exchange became contentious, with them finally agreeing for me to return the item for a full refund. Since they would not send me a prepaid label, I decided to go through WN and file a complaint.
