Considering it has been the hottest days of the week, my package arrived completely soaked! The water damage is that bad on the packaging that it has seeped through onto the book itself, making this a complete waste of time purchasing this! Really not happy. Rest assured when the book was posted that it was in a dry mailer so can only assume it’s been damaged in transit which is out of my control!.
Please feel free to put in for a refund if you haven’t already done so as I’m disappointed to hear it’s arrived in such a poor state!
Can you send me photos of the book damage, and the packaging please and I’ll take it up with Royal Mail/Whatnot as well this end.
