Seller put loungefly bag unwrapped in a box bigger than the dimensions of the bag. The box arrived to me opened and beat up. Nothing was put inside the cardboard box to protect the integrity of the bag. Thankfully the loungefly bag is not damaged. Shipping was slow but item was amazing. Very pleased!
