I placed the order on a Thursday with the expectation it would be shipped out next day but unfortunately they didn’t ship out until after the long holiday weekend. After that I didn’t get any updates per usps but that’s not on them. When I asked about it I was given an AI response that felt very passive aggressive. Unfortunately that put a sour taste in my mouth from this shop, which is unfortunate again because this wasn’t my first order with them but will be my last. Thanks!You bought on Thursday September 3rd, the items were shipped out September 4th. It’s simply not my fault the post office closes down for the long weekend of Labor Day! My response was helpful and informative of stating the operating hours/day of USPS. Stating that rest assured your package will be delivered. It took less than 6 days for delivery including the long weekend…this isn’t abnormal.
