The fish arrived as promised still frozen which says a lot as hot as it has been here in Houston, TX. On unpacking the salmon was a beautiful color and a great size for the fillets. I took out two for my dinner last night. One of the Copper River Fillets and one smoked salmon pack. I added a pinch of salt and a pat of unsalted butter with lime juice. Wrapped in foil and baked for 6 min then opened the foil for a minute more. It was amazing, never had salmon turn out so well and was so simple. I will continue to visit and buy from this seller. The 6 oz fillet was so filling I didn’t get to finish half of the smoked, but will order more for a better sampling. I guess I should’ve paid more attention. I thought I was getting two. One does mean no good and then I paid high price for shipping. I wish you would’ve reached out to me. I would’ve been happy to purchase another one at least. Fast shipping and delicious fish!
