Although I received the wrong item the first go around, she was quick to offer making it right by sending my original item of purchase when I reached out. Correct item was not shipped until three weeks later (due to personal injury) but it did finally arrive a month after original purchase date— in perfect condition. Overall, satisfied with support and obsessed with the item I originally purchased and have since received. She has GREAT items for fair prices! One package took over a month to arrive (I do not believe it was the sellers fault), but it did come looking really rough. My items were nearly hanging out the bag because they were stuffed and only enforced using one polymailer. Aside from that, I am missing items and have not been able to get a response from the seller. This is super disappointing since I spent a lot with her shop. Took 8 days to get to post office to initially even ship; seller did not include a pair of purchased shoes in the bundle and didn’t respond to any messages trying to fix it. Had to reach out to What Not customer service for a refund and still never heard back from seller. The stuff that did arrive was OK for the price. The prices were great and some items were great too but the rest was not so great. Purchased 6/20 arrived 7/07 and were both maybe 1 hour away? The package arrived open! Im shocked the items did not get lost looked like seller tried to squeeze everything in and it came undone. I was missing an item, received two items i did not buy and one item had flaws not disclosed. Im bummed as this was my 3rd whatnot purchase. The items were mailed in a regular mailer envelope, which is fine, but one of my jellycats was inside a pizza box that was very damaged once received. I can no longer give the pizza box item as a gift due to the damage that was caused to the box. My items were all shoved inside the mailer, that was also covered in some sort of oil residue. Not one at all to complain, I was just hoping with an $88 order, it would have arrived in a better protective box? Of course we can’t control what happens once it’s out with the postal service, but maybe for next time a small box would be a better option so items do not get smashed. Thank you!
