They were dirty used, missing the shoulder straps and one was torn at the zipper with the support rod ripped through and sticking out. Not to mention I did not order freaking 22” bags either. These were supposed to be 13”! Useless to me and had to wait over 3 weeks just to get the wrong items. Shipping took a lil bit came just like advertised
there was a little delay in the delivery at first I reached out to the seller, seller responded and explained and then my husband received the bag he loves it thank you!! Finally received my order 2 weeks later, but that's the Post office's fault.
