I can not control how carriers handle the boxes once carefully packaged which you said it was wrapped well but the box was destroyed. After I gave you a full refund I offered to send you another plate free to you. Your reply , " please don't bother". I am sorry this situation upset you this much. I always take great pride in shipping and will make things right, even beyond my control if necessary. I wish you would have reached out before your review. Hopefully you will with future sellers. Unfortunately, one of the items became damaged by the USPS during transport, but she responded very quickly and refunded me in full. Highly recommend!
