Everything arrived in great condition 🫶🏼 Love all my Sonny Angels! Great packaging! Fast shipping! Sonny was just loose inside a standard 6x9 mailer. No bubble wrap or attempt to protect it during shipping. There are scuff marks on the side of its head that were not disclosed/or occurred in transit. I am sorry that happened, i definitely showed all the marks beforehand!! tysm for my Lil donut w/ her fit!! I love so much. and the scrunchies oml. 🫶🏻🫶🏻 I love it so much and tysm for the hair tie! I've never written a review before but I definitely had to after this.There was markings on the sonny that was not made aware to me. She also banned myself and another lady from her show because we told her to start showing the markings on the sonnys before finalizing things for people. She then got rude and snarky after we didnt want to buy the $25 sonny with a bunch of defects on it anymore (nothing was even finalized and it wasnt a cancelation). Please be careful when buying from her cause I definitely will not be buying anything else from her!!!! The unnecessary rude/snarky comments/banning was super unprofessional of her and her mod. If this is how she acts to certain customers she should not be allowed to sell to people at all. Unfortunately I bought another thing before this happened so im nervous if I will even receive it based on other reviews. First of all u came in my show saying negative things that is why we chose to remove you. In my show notes it clearly says that some of the sonnys will have markings on them and I also show you before you purchased them that it has markings on it and you clearly said it was ok! I don’t appreciate your review because none of this is true except for me removing you. You don’t have the right to talk to me or my mods the way you did!! So cute gave me a free scrunchy to I purchased two items during this seller's live using the exact coupon code that was repeatedly promoted throughout the stream. I was also one of the moderators that night, helping answer questions, engage with chat, and support the live. The next day, my order was canceled because the seller said the coupon was "supposed to be" 15% off instead of $15 off. I understand mistakes happen, but that wasn't my mistake. I had simply used the code exactly as it was advertised. The cancellation was then submitted as a shipping issue, which wasn't the actual reason I was given. After I respectfully reached out about the situation, I discovered I had been banned from the seller's streams. Overall, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled and believe better communication and accountability would have led to a much better customer experience.
