Unfortunately, I didn’t hear back from them for at least 3 or 4 days and it took them 3 days to ship out my order as well. Finally, I received a message from them and shared my honest opinion (I still haven’t heard nothing from them to this day, lol). When I received my package (good packaging), I was pleasantly surprise to find the extra gift (thank you for that)! It completely changed my mood, and I’m happy with my order.
