Reviews (19)packed in an envelope, no protection. envelope showed up with holes in it and it damaged the sonny. for $6 i’m not crazy about its flaws that it had, but now it’s covered in black residue. Very happy with my order!! Pet was as described and arrived in safe packaging. Will definitely be buying more
