I sincerely apologize for the condition inside the purse. That is not acceptable and I’ve corrected my inspection process to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Shipping was completed within the stated timeframe, but I understand the frustration and appreciate the feedback. Everything came but unfortunately got a wrong item due to video receipts. I’m also upset that the seller told me no fast fashion but got a shein top🫠 other than that order was fineThank you for your feedback! I’m really sorry about the mix-up.
