I bought several magnets, maybe ~15, and unfortunately several were broken upon arrival due to not being wrapped. They were placed in a box with minimal paper and shipped, with not a single one being wrapped. When brought to attention, she asked “which ones were broken?” then promised to send replacements, which have yet to arrive. Very disappointed. The magnets were packaged correctly just like everything else I package. Vintage magnets are not easy to find and I was unaware I was under a time limit in finding 3 replacements. I was still searching auctions to replace the magnets. It’s sad you felt the need to reach out this way instead of communicating as we had been doing via private messaging. I apologized and quite honestly am not 100% sure honesty is being utilized here from the buyer. I’m also very disappointed that a fellow seller would do this.
