Hi Beryl. I’m disappointed to read this review, especially since I made every effort to work with you throughout the transaction. I responded promptly, communicated politely, and tried to accommodate requests that were not included in the original purchase. While I understand not every transaction ends perfectly, I respectfully disagree with the statements made here. I stand behind the care I put into packaging my plants and my commitment to customer service. Thank you for my gorgeous plants!
