I am so sorry about the damaged items. As discussed, the wooden horse wasn’t damaged. As far as accuracy, the damaged items were due to handling by USPS not an inaccurate representation on my part. I promptly provided a refund for damaged items and items were wrapped with paper, bubble wrap, and cling wrap with plenty of paper for them to arrive safety, although they did not.
