I received order 13 days after purchasing, found some items to be missing. I submitted message to seller along with photos, seller did not want to offer a resolve or honor a credit. I reached out to Whatnot for assistance. I felt I was being questioned as though I were at fault on a 8 dollar item. Quality of items are great, shipping and packing leave room for major improvement and seller is still new to customer service, all of which needs a lot of work. The cookie jar lid had a leaf missing even though the description said it was in perfect condition, no chips or cracks. The seller did show the damage in the live video after the bidding was already running. I looked at the item in the pre listed items and it said it was in perfect condition and the pictures did not show the damage. I had already bid on the item before the seller showed the missing leaf.
