It did not specify the exact Braun Series 5 model and what attachments were included. it was the most base model with the bare minimum attachments. Sold as an "open box" item at a price that a new item could be pushed at Wal-Mart. Technically, the order was complete, but ad was misleading. Let the buyer beware. Got exactly what was posted.. Incredible deals. Nice packaging. The product itself is great. The box was damaged on arrival, not a big deal overall since it was for personal use, but if this had been for a gift it would have been frustrating. I am pretty new to WhatsApp so not sure if this is a common occurrence but all my other purchase have been delivered in pristine condition very pleased with The quality of the items and the price that I paid Received it but took awhile Product was just as described! Love that. But I have to add in and say… the guy behind the camera… is very rude. Bidders were asking for reruns and they refused. Guy went as far as saying “it’s your fault you should have bid on it” and “I’m not searching for it” when it was just thrown into a pile a second prior. One occasion, The girl didn’t say the size and someone asked for a rerun and we told them that the size was never stated and he then said “well then it’s your fault then for not saying the size”. Referring to the girl showing the clothes. So refused to rerun items. Unsure why. I gave four stars based on the items being new with tags. But took a star off due to that guys attitude and lack of patience for typical live requests. They also kept saying “drop your size in the chat” then did not pull any sizes that were requested. Should get someone else to do the lives. Because I know I was not the only one feeling this way lol great sales great people great stuff! Extremely satisfied. Hope to shop with you again!
