I was sold counterfeit makeup that was advertised as authentic luxury products. I have 5 years of experience working at Sephora, and I compared these items side-by-side with genuine products I own. The differences were obvious: chemical smells, cheap and lightweight packaging, poor-quality formulas, and multiple packaging inconsistencies.
When I politely brought the evidence to the seller and provided comparison photos, they didn’t try to resolve the issue. Instead, they told me “do what you have to do,” then blocked me so I couldn’t contact them anymore. That is not how an honest seller handles legitimate concerns about authenticity.
I’m now working with customer support because selling counterfeit cosmetics is unacceptable. Save yourself the money and don’t risk putting unknown products on your skin. I would never purchase from this seller again.I'm already working with Whatnot and I've provided proof of purchase and authentication for my products.
Whenever you text me, I respond. However, you raised a concern about one product and then asked me to send you a return label, even after I explained that returns must go through Whatnot according to their policy. After that, you started threatening me instead of following the proper return process.
