Not only did the seller LIE about the item and claimed it was “almost brand new” but when I reached out directly to her, she stated “I don’t know what to tell you, we do not do refunds”…. I reached out directly before reaching out to WN because I believe, sometimes, flaws aren’t caught during livestreams and I believe to give people a chance. So I asked if I could return the item, but yet, her response was so unprofessional and distasteful. People like this shouldn’t be allowed to sell when you are being recorded and you clearly misrepresent your merchandise as brand new. Excuse me “almost” when there’s fading all over the sweater and bleach stains on and around the entire collar. Super disappointed. If I could I would rate this -5 stars.
People will do all they can to make you look bad, when condition of clothes is clearly stated on the bio and in the live video. I kindly declined the shirt cause I do not wish to resell. I DO NOT SELL BRAND NEW CLOTHES UNLESS THERE IS A TAG AND ITS CLEARLY STATED. Way more damage then expected (best not to sale at all) cat hair all over, not what I expected at all I’m so very sorry the TLC listing wasn’t what you expected. Unfortunately there was a cut across the print on the front of the shirt. Looks like it maybe got cut during packaging? 😔The shirt wasn’t cut when I sent it out to you, I’m very sorry that happened to you.
