A previous order for a QCR Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon never arrived. Anesidd initially told me to wait a few more days, which made me believe he was actually interested in helping. After I waited another week and the card still didn’t arrive, he said he had done his part by shipping it and basically told me “tough luck.” He was unwilling to offer a refund or replacement for the $19 order.
His unwillingness to help when something went wrong showed me how little he values his customers and that keeping $19 mattered more to him than making things right for a repeat customer. After I left a negative review that I believe was warranted, he blocked me. Based on this experience, I consider Anesidd a low quality person who does not take care of his customers when an order goes wrong. I would not recommend this sellerI want to clarify that I never told this buyer “tough luck” or used those words. The previous order was shipped, and unfortunately, delivery issues after carrier acceptance are outside my direct control. I advised allowing additional time for delivery, not because I was unwilling to help. I process 100+ shipments regularly and take every order seriously. My consistent 5-star reviews reflect the care I put into my business. I’m sorry this buyer had a frustrating experience, but I stand by my professionalism and the facts of our communication.
