Reviews (126)As a disclaimer, I did msg the seller w/my issues and she was responsive. One issue that I had is that my items had tape around them that had human hair stuck to the tape and the product. seller did apologize & offer for me to return the items or receive a discount on a next purchase, but I really don't have time for that. She said it was animal hair, but it was clearly human hair. also, I won a giveaway of a well people eyeshadow palette. it's beautiful, however I can tell that somebody at least dabbed their pinky or index finger on each color to test the color out, so that unfortunately had to be pitched out. during the show I watched, the mom was tired from working her normal day job. I get it, jobs can be tough. but she took it to the show with her, and she kept making snippy remarks of us not buying things or that she's seen items sell for way more in other shows. I'm just disappointed because I have shopped with this seller a few times and this was just not a good experience. thank you!!! sad to see you leaving the app, but happy I could grab some steals before you go ❤️😂 Thank you for my beautiful purchase.
