Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
I received SEVERAL bottles of perfume that were BROKEN and/or LEAKING. I paid for perfume — not a box full of damaged bottles and spilled product.
But the damaged merchandise wasn’t even the worst part.
The seller’s response was.
I contacted the seller about the multiple damaged bottles and gave them the opportunity to make things right. They REFUSED to provide a reasonable resolution.
That tells me everything I need to know about this seller.
Things can break during shipping. Accidents happen. But refusing to properly address the problem after a customer receives SEVERAL broken and leaking bottles is absolutely unacceptable.
If you’re going to sell perfume, then package it properly and STAND BEHIND WHAT YOU SELL when something goes wrong.
I shouldn’t have to take a loss because the merchandise arrived damaged. I shouldn’t have to argue for a resolution. And I certainly shouldn’t be left holding broken and leaking bottles Recieved fragrance today. Not something I would have normally chosen. It’s a weak smell, and scent doesn’t last long. But over all, it was a $1 plus shipping so I can’t complain ⭐ Very Disappointing Experience
I received multiple perfume items that were broken and damaged. I contacted the seller hoping they would work with me to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, the seller refused to offer any reasonable resolution.
I understand that damage can sometimes happen during shipping, but what matters to me is how a seller handles the situation afterward. I gave the seller an opportunity to make things right, and instead I was left with damaged merchandise and no satisfactory resolution.
Very disappointing customer service. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this seller again. Smells great, last about 1.5 hrs Seller is quick to block you instead of resolving issues. The packing is very sloppy and insufficient. I’ve received many items with damaged boxes & broken bottles. Do not buy from them unless you have a lot of time to waste and enjoy receiving broken items. Pictures don’t lie and neither do I!!! Just got blocked because I contacted the seller about damaged items. Seller is unreasonable to deal with and then blocks someone to make a problem go away. Not very good at conflict resolutions!
