When asked a simple question about shipping the seller proceeded to harass me via messaging. When my reply was submitted he then continued his childish and unprofessional tirade then blocked me as a buyer (of which he didn't have to I wouldn't buy again anyways). While he may have product the interactions he had with his customer were some of the worst behaviors a seller could demonstrate. Do not support this seller until he can learn to deliver proper service, or if you do buy go into with the understanding that you will be met with subpar customer service up to and including harassment And defamation. first off that is not how it went down u dmed me not even 24 hrs from when u ordered... snt me 6 paragraphs after tracking updated the same day and said it would. e delivred friday and I showed him tracking then he gets mad that I told him all I have to do is provide tracking and showed him the update I policy told him we shipp every 2 days and weekends are not buisness days Appreciate ya man, thank you yet again! 🤘 Thank you so much! probably best packaging I've ever received. card came in perfect condition. also thank you so much for the extra misc cards new to collecting and this has helped put fill my binder with some awesome new cards I appreciate you! 11/10 highly recommend will buy from again! cards came in pretty quick and no issues at all! thanks again! cards came in perfect condition and pretty quick! thank you and definitely recommend buying from! This man is ridiculously unhelpful, when a package didnt get to destination i msged him asking for assistance what followed was uneccasry comments of not knowing how things worked, and him stating he dosent have to provide pictures of purchase at all. I warn anyone, this man might not send packages and will be requesting my refund. I rrcommend he visits actual card shops tonlearn about customer service. first u dm me saying u spent 50... thrn I look it up its 15.00 then unsay ur item was not delivered.. i check it days delivered i contact whatnot for u they say its delivered.... u lye to us and say u called the post u... lol u cant call the poat u tell em ur name and adress not what a package looks like .. 2nd visit a local game store ? I gave u help and did what I can if the post misplaced or loat ur item u know u can go to activity in whatnot and they can fix that like I explained via dm but u forgot to tell pppl that or that I gave you a 10 dollar discount and 2 free item awesome thanks man cards are amazing Great deals, huge selection and quick turn around! Thank you for the cards! Seller is incredibly rude - told me that the “whatnot rules are stupid” and that they won’t take images of the packages. This was my first purchase on whatnot and wanted to notify them that the photo uploaded looked like an error. This caused the seller to then harass me with over 50 messages telling me to “relax, stop being a pansy, and wait for your package like a chill guy”.
All in all it did take 5 days total for them to actually get the item to the postal service. not even 1 day later after I had shipped the customer harassed me with over 60 dms asking for a picture of a shipping lable? 🙄 when tracking and everything is provided by whatnot lol after explaining this i tell them to sit back and be patient I shipped evry 1 to 2 days they continue to snd me more dm and just kept harassing me and then blocked me cause I told him to chill this customer is not worth the hassle or the issues I got a bad review cause they where not patient they got the item bubble wrapped mailer free extras and they got a discount they forgot to mention to /users%2F1916500%2Fstore%2F189712cb-cbdf-4818-a961-3a500c1b3bda.jpeg)
