Thanks.
The stream and products were on point for sure no complaints there but my biggest complaint is the shipping. Profile says 2 day shipping, placed my order September 2nd and it stayed in label created for a over a week. I reached out to the seller after this week of waiting and he stated he will send the order out that particular day I finally reached out but he still didn't. Then when he finally reached back out again he claimed he sent it out but I'd have to wait a day for an update 😑😑. As sellers you should honor your shipping time and not sit on people's paid for products for over a week but all to say very unprofessional and respectfully I will not be purchasing from this seller again! To take almost 10 days to ship is insane and whatnot should do something about stuff like this! When I send packages out the tracking status changes literally within minutes so...hope no one else goes through this!!
