Reviews (126)Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with both seller communication and customer support.
I realized I accidentally had my old address selected and messaged the seller the very next day asking if it was still possible to update the shipping address before the order went out. I never received a response, and the package was still shipped to the incorrect address.
After tracking showed delivered and I still had not received anything, I contacted support and explained the situation in detail, including that I had tried to correct the issue before shipment. Despite that, I mostly received automated responses and no meaningful resolution.
I understand the original address mistake was mine, but I made every effort to fix it immediately and hoped for better communication and support throughout the process. Thank you!
