Hi, if you review the video receipt from the beginning when I was showing the peeling, I pulled back the card holder portion showing it was detached. I showed it from every angle. I am sorry you are unhappy and if you want to return you can. Louis Vuitton for $15 is a pretty good deal though. Love the little leather wallet and dust bags !

Bought this bag within my first week of being on WN - I should have asked questions. I rewatched the video receipt and all that was said was ‘Celine bag’ , no talk about the condition of the bag. Upon reciept this bag would not even rate as FAIR. Both straps have large cracks that go right through and the inside of the bag is completely ruined. I wish the seller had said something, anything about the condition, but I accept that I should have asked.

The video receipts aren’t perfect so if you rewind the video receipt to the beginning of showing the bag, I talked in detail about the inside of the bag condition and showed the handles appropriately. This is why I don’t recommend bidding if you weren’t there for the beginning of showing the bag and came in after it was shown. You can always reach out to whatnot for a return. Soooooo good!
