Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this purchase. Upon receiving the item, I noticed several areas of visible discolouration, staining and apparent wear throughout the fabric, none of which were disclosed during the live show.
As a buyer, I rely on sellers to accurately represent the condition of their merchandise, especially when purchasing through a live auction where we cannot physically inspect the items.
Had these flaws been properly disclosed, I would have made a different purchasing decision.
Transparency and honesty are essential when building trust with customers. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations. Sorry, I’m really disappointed with my purchase. 😭 Almost all the items I received were dirty and had stains, and one of the items was ripped. These issues were not mentioned during the live show, so I wasn’t expecting the items to arrive in this condition. I understand that these are pre-loved items, but I believe any stains, damage, or defects should be disclosed before the items are sold. Unfortunately, the condition of the items did not meet my expectations.😭😭
