I’m sorry ,you didn’t have a 5 star experience,I reached out right away I truly though it was you that wanted the cancellation so we talked about it I made sure I didn’t send your card to another person I’m sorry I had a misunderstanding on my end I rather figure the issue out the just wing it but ok .
