It took forever to receive the product and there was no power cord for the monitor but item was supposed to be brand new The item was fine but they took the original box off on the live and never put it back together. Hurts the resale value. The price was good enough but 50 bottoms were missing. I still came out on top. Came with no cord. So item was NO USE! Super fast shipping and fantastic items.
