Items were perfect and fast shipping. Thank you! Amazing as always! Fastest shipping ever! I understand sellers pump these products out, but to just crumple it in a package and send it out like that isn’t cool. There’s also stains all over the knees that they didn’t announce. Thanks for the great prices on my figs. I will definitely be returning soon. Beware of this seller - I bid responsibly, I swiped to place a bid on a blanket they were showing and talking about. They verbally said the blanket was running. When I swiped I was surprised that I had purchased an entry into a ‘buyers’ giveaway which I didn’t need to purchase as I had already made purchases in the show. I reached out to them immediately to get the issue resolved. They told me they would review the video and get back to me. Then no response or resolution. Then when I followed up again the response indicated that I wasn’t bidding responsibly. The bids I made on my numerous other purchases that night were my first purchases with this seller. With the horrendous customer service and lack of willingness to do the right thing over a $7 eye mask that I was tricked into purchasing, those other purchases will be the last I will make with them. BEWARE of this SELLER. We’re sorry you left feeling this way. We never intentionally mislead buyers, and we always describe what’s currently running during our live shows. We reviewed your concern after you reached out, but the listing you purchased was the active listing at the time of your bid and no one was tricked into buying anything.
