Reviews (4,233)Bought two jerseys the same size but they accidentally sent two different sizes. Messaged them and waited more then 3 days for a response to get the correct size but nothing. Almost a week later they said they would correct it but whatnot stepped in and gave me a refund. The shipping of my items was horrible. Items were thrown in a large box to be smashed around in the transit process. My items were delivered broken. Only one piece of tape holding the big box together! No pride in the shipping at all! Thank God Whatnot stepped up and refunded my entire order. I’ve never given a one-star, but I tried multiple times to get the seller to make right by their mistake. My package was missing 3 items. I told them about it right away. They were going to send the items. Back and forth a bit until I thought we decided what they would send as replacement. Days later still no replacement items. I asked again. They took a couple days to realize maybe they didn’t send the replacements and I should just ask for refund. By then, wn says it is too late for refund. Messaged again. They said they are closing for the day and will get something tomorrow. Well, today is that day and they sent an email saying they are closed today so they can’t help me. Bottom line, I lost about $25 on these purchases and they have not resolved. Disappointed as I have bought a lot from them. Will hesitate before I buy again. 😔 I’ve ordered NFL and MLB jersey bundles from here a few times and spent thousands. Once, I was missing three MLB jerseys, but they did eventually send the missing items. I ordered another bundle of 20 NFL jerseys, and this time, 10 jerseys were missing. I tried messaging the seller; they responded, but not to resolve the issue regarding the unshipped items. Now, while watching their livestream, I was even accused of being a scammer. This has never happened with any other seller I’ve bought from on Whatnot—only with this one! I do not recommend buying bundles here because items are frequently missing, and you might even get accused of being a scammer. They know 100% that they didn't ship the items I was missing! I usually always give 5-star ratings, even when I don't leave written reviews.
