I'm giving this feedback only because I am used to buying new with tags I would say I purchased maybe three pre loved bags and this is my fourth one and the other three that I've received were basically new without tags. I was a little bit disappointed in this bag only because I wasn't aware that she was more dirty inside then was listed or I guess I heard or maybe didn't hear. it seems like where the zipper is and inside the pockets there's a little dirt and crumbs. also a little bit of an odor but I think that may be explainable because it was on a truck for delivery and it's been hot outside. overall it is a nice bag there's no wear and tear on the straps there's a little bit of scuffing on the bottom and a slight snag but other than that I will definitely use her. thank you. I really fell in love with this bag and could’ve never afforded it in great condition. I appreciate you running the bag with her flaws. She’s going to be loved forever. The shipping was perfect.
