It’s my second purchase from AuntKayy92, and this experience was a bit mixed. I won two purses a Kate Spade and a Steve Madden; and both arrived quickly together, which I appreciated.
However, there was very little packaging protection. The Kate Spade had no listed flaws, but arrived with staining and spatter on the back. I don’t think any harm was intended, and I still got a great deal, but I would have appreciated disclosure beforehand.
The Steve Madden was disclosed as having heat damage on the handle embellishments, but there was also significant handle wear and pleather flaking that wasn’t mentioned.
Both bags also had a noticeable odor. After two orders, I’m wondering if it may come from the storage environment.
I also won a giveaway and was excited since I never win anything, but the freebie was a worn and broken Ipsy bag, which was disappointing.
Overall, I still received two designer bags at a great price, which is why I’m giving 5 stars. ✨ It was free…that’s the best I can say about it. I like my purse. The only issue is that it has a real bad order. I had bought purses from you before and they never smell that bad. I bought stuff a leather clean kit says cleaning conditions, leather so I can clean it to see if the smell take off do you know by any chance what it’s a good cleaner for that bad orders for purses? Thanks amazing energy in the shows loved my givvy and my bag the call outs on this bag do not justice...It is filthy and nothing was ever mentioned about the straps at all and they are horrible!! cute bag. fast shipping and decent price. this is not my first purchase from Kay. highly recommend her shop. this bag was awesome! thank you This is an uprising star seller! I ordered a royal blue Steve Madden handbag along with a Highland cow charm, and everything arrived quickly and was packaged well in a box to protect the items during shipping.
The handbag itself was beautiful and arrived without any damage. The only minor feedback I have is that there was a slight odor, which I believe was related to the materials used on the purse, and the skinny strap was a little tacky from sitting in a metal parcel container during the Arizona heat. However, neither issue affected the quality or condition of the bag, and there was no actual damage to the purse or strap.
