After leaving feedback about the packaging, I was blocked by the seller. This felt like an attempt to dismiss my concerns rather than address them. Gaslighting the first time about the condition of the plants is okay but in a small plant community, specially on this app, a simple acknowledgment or apology for the poor packaging experience would have gone a long way. I recently received a much larger plant from another seller that arrived in excellent condition because it was packed with care and attention. I would encourage buyers to support sellers who take accountability for the condition of the plants they ship. I wish the seller the best with their business. Honestly, Joe never disappoints. Plants arrived healthy and happy and with no issues despite a USPS delay. Thanks, Joe Bro! You know I’ll be back!! Beautiful plants overall. This was my third order and, unfortunately, my last. My first order was delayed in transit, which I understand was not the seller's fault. However, when I reached out about leaves browning and dropping, and eventually losing a variegated ficus, I was told this was "normal" for variegated plants. While some stress during shipping is expected, the explanation felt dismissive of the actual condition of the plant. My most recent order contained XXL plants and was also delayed in transit. The packaging for larger plants was disappointing. Many leaves arrived bruised, several stems were bent, and some were broken because the box is too small for the plant and not enough padding. Experienced plant collectors who have ordered hundreds of plants online can usually tell the difference between unavoidable shipping stress and inadequate packaging. Plants shipped with care and attention generally arrive in much better condition, even after extended transit times. Givy seed was already sprouted! Healthy. I hope I can keep her happy :)) tysm!! Appreciate you Joe! the huge pink philo princess had some damage from shipping delay but its bouncing back nicely and gonna be beautiful again soon. corms are also firm and appear they will make great future pups. It doesn't get much better than this- gorgeous plants that I can't get anywhere near me, super fast shipping, and top-notch packaging...plus a lil' entertainment to boot.
