Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, with issues around communication and the overall service. The transaction did not meet my expectations, and I would suggest considering other sellers before purchasing. Two new with tags dresses purchased which were both damaged and not described as so during the stream. Sadly while trying to rectify this with the seller the response was to take the issue to whatnot rather than resolve amicably between us. Refund issued This review is misleading. The dress was brand new with tags and had no stains or damage when shown and sold. I advised the buyer to raise the issue through Whatnot, as this is the correct process for claims and refunds—not a refusal to resolve it. A refund was issued. So happy to receive my parcel, if I could rate more than 5 I would 👏🏼☺️. Clothes are all in super quality condition for mega bargain prices. Extra thankful for my givvy prize 🤩, i was gifted a new smart watch 🤯. Great show to sit on with a lovely seller & lovely items, thankyou. Thank you Tina!
