Apologize for late response. I contacted WhatNot to see how to proceed when a mistake was made when I accidentally made a regular giveaway a buyers and they said the send a giveaway as listed. Your issue should be with them and not me. You also form completed to enter the giveaway. You took away the opportunity from someone who made a purchase. While it’s within the rules, that is unacceptable as me, the seller, to someone who actually made a purchase and tried to enter. I was very transparent that it was a mistake and that I would still send you something. Next time, be kinder.
