Reviews (34)Not happy: Item shown in excellent condition. It was shrunk it the was, fading stains on the front of the sweater, and a finger size hole over the left pocket. Non of this was in the ad. Shipping was delayed and the box was destroyed and taped together by time I got it. Messaged the seller 24hrs ago and have yet to hear back.I’m sorry you’re disappointed. I respectfully disagree with this review. The item was accurately described, thoroughly inspected, and photographed before shipping. I also provide measurements in every listing so buyers can verify fit before purchasing. The issues described were not present when the item was shipped. Shipping delays and damage during transit are outside of my control once the package is with the carrier. I always strive to provide accurate listings and great customer service.
