When I received them, the were ONLY in top loaders with no penny sleeves so they were shifting while on transport.I apologize for you not being satisfied, but you only bought $1 cards. A $1 purchase won't be shipped in a mag. Every single order is double checked for penny sleeves and top loaders. Fast & safely shipped!
