When purchasing a luxury bag, I expect it to be packaged properly and protected during transit. I’ve bought from other sellers who use bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and even provide unbranded dust bags when the original dust bag isn’t included.
Unfortunately, this bag was sent with only two thin layers of plastic packaging, which I don’t consider adequate protection for a luxury item. The bag could easily have been damaged during delivery, and I was genuinely surprised that so little care was taken with the packaging.
When selling luxury bags, proper packaging and protection should be a basic standard. I expected much better, and this definitely took away from the overall experience.Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry you were disappointed with the packaging.
