During the auction you stated that the figure was in "Mint Condition with no cracks". When I received the figure, it had 2 torso cracks which were not stated in the auction. I contacted you to make you aware of it. I even went back to the video and screenshot an image showing the figure did have a torso crack that you didn't make me aware of. I only noticed it in the replay because you were moving the figure so fast and blocking the torso. You agreed to give me a full refund and keep the figure. Then accused me of switching the figure with another one. Then you block me and I had to contact Whatnot Support for a refund. You CLAIM that you NEVER send out damaged figures. Just own up to the mistake. No reason to treat a customer and fellow seller like this. Crazy fast shipping! Thank you! awsome pac of Lego pieces. Kids loved it!
