Sold as a 100% complete open-box set, but it arrived fully assembled and missing the entire robot build plus several additional pieces. The packaging was also very poor, which did nothing to protect the contents during shipping. When I respectfully raised the issue, the seller mentioned a partial refund but blocked me before anything was ever processed. I have photos documenting the condition of the package and the missing parts. I would not recommend buying complete sets from this seller. BEWARE.Shipped a 100% complete set. Always willing to make it right for everyone but this guy is a malicious person. If you scroll down to the other buyer that left a similar review they work with each other and live in the same town. Asking me to refund him for shipping and handling and for additional parts for $1.40 cents is completely insane. I offered him a $5 refund and he said whatever. Blocked and just move on as we are very kind and will always take care of everyone.
